The evening will be hosted by our Executive Head Chef, Leigh Myers, who has a wealth of Michelin experience gained whilst working with some of the countries top chefs. The evening's cookery demonstration will be themed around the Northwest's finest local produce. Along with a cookery demonstration from Leigh, you will also be treated to a 3 course meal complemented by carefully selected wines with each course, followed by coffee.
