Creamed soup of chestnut and flat cap mushroom with truffle croutons and tarragon oil (v)

Chicken liver pate, plum and fig chutney with charred focaccia

Dolcelatte and piquillo pepper arancini, with red pepper, chilli salsa and rocket salad (v)

Confit Gressingham duck leg, cucumber and leek terrine, red onion jam and toasted brioche

Oak smoked salmon parcel, filled with Muncaster crab, cream cheese and coriander, beetroot mayonnaise, pickled cucumber and pea shoots
