Indulge in a romantic 3 course meal along with musical entertainment throughout the evening from King of Swing, Andy Bayley, who will be performing a selection of swing and rat-pack favourites.



Cream of cauliflower and chive soup, Mrs Kirkham’s Lancashire cheese and pine nut crumble (v)

Terrine of confit chicken, ham and Cheshire cheese, wrapped in Italian ham with pickled vegetables, piccalilli puree and toasted brioche

Smoked salmon and Muncaster crab parcel, beetroot and fennel puree with a prawn and chilli beignet

Creamed forest mushrooms, toasted focaccia, English truffle and fine herbs (v)

Hot crispy Gressingham duck leg, chorizo, plum and apple conserve, bordelaise sauce


Breast of corn-fed chicken, gratin potatoes, garlic spinach, chantenay carrots and bourguignon sauce

Roasted loin of Atlantic cod, ratatouille of vegetables, sautéed new potatoes and a red pepper and kalamata oil dressing

Ridings Reserve beef Wellington, chateaux potatoes, savoy cabbage parcel, mushroom fricassee, confit beef tomato and a port and Madeira jus

Rack of Welsh Valley lamb, confit potato, ragout of Mediterranean vegetable, purple sprouting broccoli and sauce paloise

Arancini of mozzarella, piquillo pepper and spinach, tomato and basil ragu with dressed rocket and balsamic (v)


Raspberry and white chocolate crème brûlée, shortbread biscuit, chocolate truffle and marshmallow

Grosvenor knickerbocker glory – sticky toffee, salted caramel, marshmallow, honeycomb and banoffee ice cream and praline

Passion fruit and pistachio delice, praline and mango cream

Dark chocolate fondant, orange and Cointreau sauce with honeycomb ice cream
