"Where do I begin...every interaction I and my family have had with the Grosvenor Pulford from the day we booked until the special day has been faultless. The staff are so friendly and warm and bend over backwards to help. They really made us feel like we were incredibly special and our wedding their utmost priority. I can't thank them all enough for the wonderful service and kindness they showed to me, my husband and our guests.....The attention to detail was amazing....the food was divine...the resident DJ had people dancing all night... The venue itself is fantastic - so quirky with so many different faces to it from ornate gardens to cosy log fires, to an eastern spa - so many settings for your photos. We loved its uniqueness and homeliness. We had 5* treatment without any pretensions of an upmarket venue. I would not hesitate to heartily recommend this as a wedding venue or indeed a venue for any special occasion...."

"Just had our Civil Partnership at the Grosvenor Pulford. Absolutely superb experience...cannot recommend this Hotel enough!... We had our Ceremony in the Belgrave Suite and the room looked amazing, with swags and lit candles...The food was fantastic, beautifully cooked and presented, piping hot and extremeley generous proportions!!...The weather wasn't great but because there are so many lovely spots inside eg Ciro's Brasserie, Spa by Kasia and a pretty little inside courtyard complete with fountain, our photographers were able to get a lot of beautiful shots....As we stayed for several days we can also highly recommend Nelsons Bar & Ciro's Brasserie - the food is delicious...Our Honeymoon Suite was very clean, beautifully furnished, very comfortable, quiet and had a huge bathroom. Thanks to the staff we had an amazing Wedding, we were treated like royalty, nothing was too much trouble, everything we had asked for was done...and more.."

"We had our wedding at The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa on 18th November 2010. We cannot rate highly enough the service we received from the hotel from the moment we booked over a year earlier. Every detail was handled with the upmost professionalism. The venue was perfect for our winter wedding with lots of lovely settings to have photo’s taken indoors, however we did manage to brave the cold and intermittent showers to have a few photos taken outside too! We live locally to the hotel and visit regularly so we know how immaculately clean and well presented the hotel is at all times and how great the food is, and needless to say we were not disappointed on our wedding day. Many of our guests have been in touch with us to say it was the nicest wedding they had been too and what a lovely hotel the Grosvenor Pulford was. The leisure facilities were also a big hit with many of our guests who stayed over. We stayed in one of the bridal suites (room 79) and it was absolutely beautiful. We would like to thank all the staff at The Grosvenor Pulford Hotel and Spa for making our day perfect and we look forward to seeing you all next year for our 1st anniversary if not before! If you are considering booking this hotel for your wedding then we would highly recommend it and if you have already booked then you are in good hands and set for a great day!"
