Treat her to a delicious three-course carvery lunch this Mothering Sunday at the Cheshire hotel, complete with live musical entertainment from talented piano and vocal duo Incahoots.

Roasted carrot and coriander soup, with granary croutons (v)

Confit duck, pear and brioche pudding with spinach and pressed grape dressing

Terrine of ratatouille vegetables, black olive tapenade, sourdough croutes and tomato essence (v)

Chicken liver and cognac parfait, sweet poached golden raisin and thyme-scented ciabatta

Crayfish, prawn and crab cocktail, baby gem hearts, blushed cherry tomatoes, pickled cucumber and Marie Rose sauce

Warm goat’s cheese with a basil panko crumb, gingernut brittle and ruby beetroot purée (v)


Roast beef striploin | Roast crown of turkey | Honey roast horseshoe gammon

Served with a selection of market vegetables, roast and creamed potatoes, Yorkshire puddings, traditional accompaniments and rich roast pan gravy
